Keeping Tenants Safe
Because many of our tenants are vulnerable, we make safety and security a top priority. We provide clear, practical guidance—such as always locking doors when leaving home and checking identification for unexpected visitors—to help tenants feel secure. Our staff are also available at any time to answer security-related questions or concerns.
Tenant Responsibilities
Each tenancy agreement clearly sets out tenant responsibilities, including expected behaviour, payment of rent and household bills, and how to report any damage or maintenance issues. By ensuring problems are reported promptly, we can carry out the necessary repairs and keep homes safe, comfortable, and well maintained.
Emergencies and Repairs
In the event of an emergency, tenants should first contact their Care Provider or Support Worker, who will act quickly to resolve the situation. For urgent repairs, we guarantee a response within 24 hours. To provide extra peace of mind, tenants are also given a list of useful contact numbers.
